Finding our Chantilly store
Our Chantilly store sits on US-50 (Route 50), right where it meets Route 28 (Sully Road). That interchange makes us easy to reach from Fairfax, Herndon, Centreville, and South Riding without leaving the main road, and there is no Beltway traffic to fight on the way in.
This is a driving corridor rather than a Metro one: the nearest rail station is well outside walking distance, so nearly everyone arrives by car. If you orient by landmarks, we are just south of the Sully Historic Site, and the same Route 28 that passes our door runs north toward Dulles Airport and the Udvar-Hazy air and space museum. Bring your items to the counter and we appraise them while you wait, with payout the same visit.

Yes. The Chantilly counter takes walk-ins whenever the store is open, and the full weekly schedule is in the hours table on this page. Calling first is optional; it helps if you are bringing a large collection or want to check that we buy a particular piece.
What is the easiest way to drive to the Chantilly store?
Stay on the main roads. We are on US-50 at the Route 28 (Sully Road) interchange, so drivers from Fairfax, Herndon, Centreville and South Riding rarely need side streets. No Metro station is within walking distance, which is why most Chantilly customers arrive by car.
What should I bring to sell at the Chantilly location?
A valid government-issued photo ID, plus whatever you want appraised. Tangled chains, single earrings and mixed bags of coins are all fine. Diamond reports, original boxes or receipts are worth bringing for designer and certified pieces.
